Job Description
We seek a Facilities Coordinator to support preventive MEPF maintenance and coordinate repairs (AC, lighting, plumbing, furniture, electrical). Duties include assisting emergency drills and severe-weather responses, checking signage and safety systems, reporting hazards, supporting after-hours activities and site readiness for audits or visits, maintaining facility logs, work requests, preventive-maintenance records and incident reports, and liaising with in-house technicians and vendors. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience; Bachelor’s or vocational certificate required—degree in Electronics, Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related preferred. Physical: occasional lifting up to 10 lbs, visual acuity for data/computer work, extended sitting/typing; reliable attendance essential. Full-time, in-person. Expected start: 01/05/2026.
