Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage telco accounts, handle inbound queries, troubleshoot services, process orders and escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ experience in telecommunications or call centers, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and CRM familiarity. Responsibilities include resolving billing and technical issues, documenting interactions, coordinating with technical teams, and meeting performance targets.
