Job Description
Job Overview: Under guidance, you will control the report generation process and offer daily support to clients as a specialist in specific products and services.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure contract fulfillment for routine reports.
- Review client data requirements to meet specifications.
- Follow IQVIA data verification protocols.
- Respond to routine client inquiries with research and analysis.
- Support client service meetings on-site.
- Produce ad-hoc studies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Experience in an IQVIA role preferred.
- Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
