Job Description
IQVIA is seeking a Sales Incentive Compensation Manager to oversee the administration of Sales Incentive Compensation plans for a segment of the US Go-To-Market teams. Responsibilities include data compilation, applying crediting rules, payout calculations, and supporting Incentive Compensation governance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and communication skills, ability to work US Eastern Hours.
