Job Description
We are hiring a Business Analyst at IQVIA in Makati City (Full-time, Hybrid). You will act as an internal consultant to business users, driving process automation and supporting Hospital Information System (HIS) implementations. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, configuring applications, performing system and integration testing, preparing user guides and test scripts, conducting super-user training, providing go-live and ongoing application support, issue tracking and working with developers to resolve defects. Candidates should hold a diploma with 3–4 years’ HIS experience, proven HIS implementation support, system analysis and design skills, and reporting/analytics development experience.
