Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Associate, Delivery Enablement to support delivery excellence across projects. You will assist in onboarding, process documentation, training coordination, tooling adoption, and performance tracking to enable efficient delivery. Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify gaps, prepare reports, and maintain knowledge bases. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years’ experience, strong communication and analytical skills, basic familiarity with project tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Office), and eagerness to learn. This role offers mentorship, skill development, and exposure to cross-functional teams.
