IQVIA is seeking a dedicated Reference File Maintainer to support the daily maintenance of healthcare organizations and prescribers in our databases for the US Region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of call center experience and a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. Responsibilities include validating client data inquiries, performing thorough research, and conducting outbound phone verifications to ensure data accuracy.
A strong logical thought process, critical thinking skills, and keen attention to detail are essential for this role.
