Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to enhance our HR operations.
Key responsibilities include analyzing HRIS data, troubleshooting system issues, and providing training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities. A strong understanding of HR processes is essential, along with technical skills in database management.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Systems is preferred.
