Job Description
Isentia is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our SEA Customer Success team. You will report to the Customer Success Manager (SEA) and support Isentia and Pulsar customers by enhancing their platform and service usage.
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs, troubleshoot queries, configure platforms, provide training, and assist in pre-sales activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in software tools
- ISP experience is a plus
