Job Description
Isuzu Phil is seeking an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist to enhance our workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing culture building programs, collecting employee feedback, and leading the creation of our employees’ newsletter. You will also coordinate with the Labor Management Council on relevant issues.
Requirements include a degree in Psychology or related fields, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing experience is a plus), and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical abilities.
