Job Description
Isuzu Philippines Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Staff to enhance our customer relations team. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to address inquiries, coordinating with dealers, troubleshooting issues, performing dealer audits, and monitoring performance.
Qualified candidates should possess a degree in Communications or Business Management with at least 3 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential. This position is on-site in Binan, Laguna, with full-time hours (10-hour shift, Monday to Friday).
