Job Description
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, logging and resolving incidents, escalating issues, and guiding users through troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network problems.
Requirements: 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong verbal and written communication, familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), basic networking knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.
