Job Description
IT by Design seeks a Technical Support Representative (On-site) in BGC, Taguig for night shift. Ideal candidates have 1+ year BPO voice experience supporting US or English-speaking customers, excellent spoken and written English, and a readiness to work nights on-site. You will answer inbound calls, create and update support tickets, route and prioritize urgent or VIP issues, monitor ticket queues, and provide timely updates to global clients.
