Job Description
IT Service Desk Analyst L1.5 at IT by Design — Night Shift, On-site in BGC. Provide frontline technical support to global users: answer phone/email/ticket requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, Windows, MS 365, Active Directory and basic network issues, document incidents, escalate complex cases, and meet SLA targets. Require at least 1 year 9 months in service desk/helpdesk, strong communication, customer-focused attitude, organized and dependable; night shift availability and on-site BGC required. IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus. We offer Php30,00–40,00/month with night differential, health and life insurance, transport, company events, WFH opportunities, and clear growth paths.
