Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- With at least 1 year of experience working in maritime shipping and cargo operations
- Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
- Amenable to work either in Morning shift and Midshift
- Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate all Hub Agreement related jobs.
- Make sure that every appointment is completed promptly and allocated to the designated agent.
- Keep an eye on how the port call is being carried out and collaborate closely with the designated agent and the customer’s contracted vendors.
- Assist and assist the network on administrative, technical and commercial challenges.
- Assist with conceptualizing and pricing of Hub Agreements jointly with Sales.
- Report and take corrective action jointly with Key Account Manager or Sales Executive
- Ensure compliance with Ships Agency-related regulations.
- Provide comments on technical, service quality and commercial issues presented by customers
- Gather information essential to support investigation and resolution of Final Settlement issues.
