Job Description
J SAHAGUN ENTERPRISE seeks a Store Supervisor, Fresh Operations to lead daily store operations at Landers Davao. Responsible for supervising and training butchers, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory, achieving sales targets and KPIs, conducting stock counts, preparing daily/weekly sales reports and DTR/OT forms, and supporting hiring. Qualifications: degree in Agriculture or related field; butcher experience optional; strong leadership, training ability, and inventory knowledge; available for shift work. Full-time, in-person.
