Job Description
As a Debt Collection Specialist at Jatro BPO you will manage strata owner accounts, track levies and scheduled charges, prepare payment plans, contact debtors to negotiate settlements, update databases, handle inquiries, and collaborate with management to resolve discrepancies. Candidates must be detail-oriented, accurate, English-proficient, computer and Excel literate, able to multitask, work independently, and handle work-related stress. Prior collections experience is an advantage. Full-time, on-site position with benefits including health insurance, on-site parking, paid training, and promotion to permanent employment.
