Job Description
JB MUSIC AND SPORTS INC. is seeking a dedicated Online Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing orders for shipment, coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction, and maintain accurate inventory records for our online store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and shipping orders on time.
- Updating customers on order status.
- Monitoring stock levels and submitting reports.
- Keeping precise records of inventory.
- Preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: Php645.00 per day
Benefits: Employee discount, pay raise, staff meals
Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, including weekends.
Work Location: In-person
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
