Job Description
We are hiring a Visa Representative to guide clients through visa application processes, ensure document accuracy, and coordinate with embassies and consulates.
Responsibilities include assessing visa requirements, preparing and reviewing documents, submitting applications, tracking status, and providing timely client updates.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 1+ years in visa/immigration or travel services, strong English communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with digital filing systems. Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.
