Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Utility to support daily operations at JJK Realty & Commercial Corp. – Sploop in Ecoland, Davao City. Duties include general cleaning, sanitation, material handling, basic maintenance, set up/breakdown of equipment, and assisting departments as needed. Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety procedures, work flexible schedules including weekends or shifts, and collaborate with teams. High school diploma preferred but not required. This full-time, in-person role demands reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
