Job Description
JMO Marketing is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our recruitment and HR operations. Key responsibilities include assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, managing compensation and benefits programs, and handling payroll-related tasks. The ideal candidate will respond to employee inquiries, organize company events, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Benefits: On-site parking, paid training
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
