Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the authenticity of customer IDs and supporting documents.
- Cross-check customer information against databases and internal records.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for additional validation.
- Handle customer inquiries related to identity verification professionally.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, overtime pay.
Experience: 1 year as Credit Verifier (Required)

Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
