Job Description
Job Description:
– Provide Coordination, Clerical, and Administrative support to the Human Resource Head Office.
– Assist in sourcing and recruitment activities.
– Manage employee information and file 201 documents.
– Prepare employee contracts and clearances.
– Handle SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG filings.
– Address employee concerns regarding payroll.
– Issue memos and incident reports.
– Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
– 1-3 years of experience, preferably in construction.
– Proficient in Administrative tasks and Recruitment.
– Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 18,00 – Php 25,00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Location: In person
