Job Description
Flatworld Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Accounting Assistant with expertise in QuickBooks, invoicing, and billing. The successful candidate will manage essential back-end accounting tasks and support our client’s Accounting Department. Responsibilities include invoice creation, payroll management, accounts receivables, and financial reconciliations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
