Job Description
Job Objective:
The Warehouse Inventory Staff (WIS) provides quality and efficient service to the DDS Department’s internal and external clients by performing accurate and timely periodic inventory counts and thorough reconciliation of any possible variances.
Key Functions:
- Secures inventory count schedules from the Inventory Officer or Supervisor.
- Performs regular inventory counting procedures.
- Conducts validation for discrepancies and reports findings.
- Ensures item locations match registered data in the WMS.
- Assists in implementing inventory control procedures.
- Trains warehouse personnel on inventory management protocols.
- Supports the warehouse team with operational activities as needed.
