Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries for travel-related services.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
- Provide fare quotes, itinerary changes, and cancellation support.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
No Experience Needed: We will train you!
What You Need:
- Be friendly and good at communicating.
- Know how to use a phone or computer.
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- At least high school diploma.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,987.00 – Php27,912.00 per month
