Job Description
Semy AS, a Norwegian Facility Management company with offices in the Philippines (Alabang and Davao), is seeking a Facility Operations Specialist. This role involves coordinating maintenance and cleaning tasks, managing supplier and tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Assist in planning and budgeting for facility activities and repairs.
Qualifications: 3+ years in facility management, experience in maintenance coordination, knowledge of building systems, and must report to Alabang/Davao daily from 2 PM to 11 PM PH Time.
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php65,00.00/month; Schedule: 8-hour shift.
