Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist specializing in Compensation and Benefits to join our team at ESCA Incorporated. The ideal candidate will manage employee compensation structures and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting a culture of fairness.
This role includes analyzing market rates, conducting salary surveys, and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of labor laws are essential. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with previous experience, is highly desirable.
