Job Description
Mariwasa Siam Ceramics Inc. is seeking a dedicated Store Head to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
- Understand customer feedback and deliver solutions.
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet objectives.
- Manage inventory and ensure store compliance with safety regulations.
- Create promotional materials and oversee in-store displays.
- Address customer complaints professionally.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as a store manager.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00 – Php25,00/month
