Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deployment, installation, pull-out, and configuration of PCs, laptops, and printers.
2. Attend to assigned tickets and provide support within specified SLAs.
3. Provide level 1 (phone & remote) and level 2 (on-site) support.
4. Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist end-users.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Requirements
- Able to Work Under Pressure
