Job Description
Join Forest Lake Development, Inc. as a Site Acquisition Analyst! You will coordinate with brokers, conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, and manage documentation related to property acquisition. Your role includes market research, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with permits.
Ideal candidates should have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Real Estate, and at least 2 years of experience in real estate. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
