Job Description
Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Support Specialist to strengthen our procurement operations. This position involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring all purchases align with company policies, and facilitating timely deliveries.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding business partners on purchasing policies.
- Issuing and following up on purchase orders.
- Communicating order statuses with suppliers.
- Coordinating purchase requisition changes.
- Checking order confirmations for accuracy.
- Resolving pricing and billing discrepancies.
- Assisting with supplier data analysis and reports.
Requirements: BA/BS in Business, 2-3 years of procurement experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in G-Suite and Excel.
Salary: Up to $65,00 depending on experience.
