Job Description
Robinsons Land Corp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee residential developments in Davao City. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, formulate and implement a property security plan, and continuously enhance property appearance and efficiency. Responsibilities also include developing annual budgets, monitoring financial transactions, and preparing monthly summaries of revenues and expenses.
Qualifications include a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Building/Property Management, along with over 5 years of experience in property management. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer engagement skills are essential.
