Job Description
MUTI Group of Companies – EASY PAY FINANCE is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist. This role involves coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing training sessions, workshops, and events while preparing necessary materials. The specialist will maintain accurate records of attendance and performance metrics and serve as a point of contact for trainees.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel to various company branches in the Davao area.

Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
