Job Description
Jatro BPO is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of our networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues.
