Job Description
GEOPRO GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash disbursing, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and ensuring all financial transactions comply with legal standards. Key tasks include:
- Managing Disbursing (Cash out)
- Preparing BIR 1601C Quarterly & Alphalist of Employee
- Preparing Sales
- Assisting client’s orders and queries
- Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in records
- Performing financial forms, documents, and receipts
- Other related tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, opportunities for promotion, and transportation service provided.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
