Job Description
We are expanding and looking for an Encoder/Non-Voice (Chat/Email) to join our dynamic team. Enjoy a competitive salary with an industry-leading benefits package including HMO from day one.
Job Responsibilities: Follow procedures, escalate priority issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and perform troubleshooting.
Qualifications: No BPO experience needed; high school graduate preferred. Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability are essential.
Work type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts. Pay ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php28,00.00 monthly.
