Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
• Engage past patients
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries
• Confirm and remind patients of appointments
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Maintain electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements:

• Experience with US clinics/health insurers
• Familiarity with EMR and insurance verification
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work onsite
