Job Description
Join our team at Toyota Bacoor Cavite, Inc.! We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Staff member to help us maintain our high-quality customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating daily customer lists for maintenance reminders.
- Contacting customers for periodic maintenance notifications.
- Booking successful appointments from reminder calls.
- Tracking customer attendance for appointments.
- Following up with no-show customers to reschedule.
- Handling additional tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,44.00 – Php15,55.00 per month
