Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated PhilHealth Staff member to join our team at ACE Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing PHIC forms, facilitating claims, and addressing patient inquiries related to PhilHealth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing PHIC forms for transmittal.
- Processing forms for claims due to late submissions.
- Posting PHIC payments in the logbook.
- Handling claims inquiries from patients and their relatives.
- Following up on the status of transmitted documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift with a shift system
Location: In person
We offer supplemental pay including a 13th month salary.
