Job Description
Drake International is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency across our branches. Responsibilities include monitoring clinics, motivating the operations team, managing inventory, coaching staff, and ensuring policy implementation while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (medical or related field preferred), 3-5 years of operations management experience in healthcare or dental industry, and strong analytical and communication skills. This full-time position is located in Makati City.
Compensation: Php50,00.00 to Php55,00.00 monthly, with additional benefits.
