Job Description
Mala Malatang, a leading name in the DIY hotpot experience, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage the procurement and inventory of all essential restaurant supplies. This key role ensures the highest quality and availability of ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships for quality ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with teams for demand forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage purchasing documentation.
Job Type: Full-time (8-hour shift)
Compensation: 13th month salary and bonus pay available.
