Job Description
A Loan Processor is responsible for gathering essential documentation for loan applications. Key duties include reviewing mortgage applications for completeness, conducting eligibility research, and preparing loan repayment plans.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Examine received applications
- Conduct background research and interviews
- Assess financial and non-financial criteria
- Prepare loan repayment plans
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate in any business course
- Minimum of 1 year experience in financing
