Job Description
Acciona Construction Philippines Inc is seeking an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a university degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. Applicants must have over 10 years of suitable experience in a similar role, particularly within a Construction or Infrastructure environment.
Key qualifications include the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively, strong communication, and negotiation skills, as well as sound legal, commercial, and risk management knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
This is a full-time position with in-person work required.
