Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee daily operations, including food preparation, service, and bar operations at BP Inc. Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing the F&B budget, ensuring high standards of service, and addressing customer complaints. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, proven restaurant management experience, and financial management proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Php100,00.00 to Php150,00.00 per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the role requires on-site presence in Manila and BGC.
