Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HMO Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our members with inquiries related to their health maintenance organization (HMO) plans.
Your primary duties will include providing clear information about benefits, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will also collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer support or healthcare is preferred.
