Job Description
M & J Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified IT Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support onsite, handle installations and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, and other hardware. Responsibilities include managing services for terminal clients and desktops, while escalating complex issues to tier 3 support.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in IT support, knowledge of Microsoft OS, familiarity with open-source systems. This full-time position offers a salary of Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month, with promotion and training opportunities.
