Job Description
Sapient is seeking detail-oriented communicators to enhance our customer’s hotel booking experience. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Makati (Techzone) who will assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with hotel bookings and special requests.
- Providing accurate information for a smooth reservation process.
- Delivering exceptional service to make travel planning stress-free.
Requirements:
- High school graduate (Old Curriculum or ALS).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules.
