Job Description
MEC Networks Corporation is seeking a diligent IT Support Staff to join our team. You will identify hardware and software solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, install and configure systems, and monitor advancements in IT support.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, with 1-2 years of experience. Proficiency in helpdesk software and knowledge of hardware, software, and networks are essential.
