Job Description
Optica International Trading Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will initiate sales activities and strategies to enhance brand visibility and evaluate the sales team’s performance. This role involves conducting product knowledge orientation for newly deployed sales staff.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, sales analysis capability, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Residing in South Luzon is an advantage.
The position offers a salary of Php23,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month, including benefits.
Requirements
